Traveling with only a carry-on suitcase, has really stretched me when it comes to packing efficiently and effectively. But let’s face it, there are just some things that are travel essentials no matter your suitcase size or destination. Your travel skincare routine can and should look the same as when you’re at home!
Despite varying beauty standards in each country I’ve visited there are a handful of travel size beauty products I must have with me. Below is a list and video counterparts of my absolute favorite travel beauty products and travel skincare essentials. Can you say travel + essentials?

Garnier SkinActive BB Cream
I was in love the moment I first tried the Garnier’s 5-in-1 Miracle Perfector BB Cream. It’s oil free, evens my skin tone and has 15 SPF. I typically use it as my foundation before applying makeup and it’s perfect for my on-the-go personality. It also helps reduce the look of wrinkles while hydrating your skin.
It’s also usually pretty easy to find in stores. I found it in New Zealand, Australia, Vietnam and Switzerland so it can travel with you around the world in the perfect skincare travel set. It’s also pretty affordable around $11-15 in most countries. I consider this a top travel essentials for women.

I’ve NEVER been a lipstick girl…. until now. And that’s because I finally found a lip color product that DOESN’T leave my lips feeling dry, sticky or get color on everything my lips touch. Powerlips are my #1 makeup travel essentials!
The Nu Colour Powerlips come in Glossy or Matte, and they are seriously long lasting. I can throw on a shade (or mix and match shades) in the morning, go throughout my day eating, drinking, talking and still see color on my lips at night. Which I then I use a waterproof makeup remover to remove it. You know, just another travel kit essentials.
From Paris to New York City to Seoul– there is a color for every city, every personality and every season. My biggest issue with lipsticks has always been how it made my lips feel dry and the constant need to reapply. But the Powerlips do neither of those things and the featherweight finish has me forgetting I even have it on.

ageLoc LumiSpa Essential Kit
This is not the most practical travel skin care essential on the list of travel essentials, but one that I refuse to give up…. and that is my LumiSpa.
It packs on more space than any of the other items in the list, but the benefits are worth it. Through the light facial massage my skin is left feeling smoother and purer, while reducing the appearance of pores. It only takes 2 minutes a day and the charge lasts a long time, so you don’t need to charge it frequently. (I went an entire month without charging and it was still going strong).

Sunright Insta Glow Tanning Lotion
This was one of the very first Nu Skin products I tried. I met my sister on vacation and kept commenting on how good her tan was! She passed me her tube of Insta Glow Lotion to try and I’ve never turned back!
I’ve used other tanning lotions/foams in the past as well as spray tans and this is honestly the best option I’ve found. It doesn’t have a weird smell, doesn’t turn you orange and it doesn’t stain your hands (seriously!). All you have to do is give it a few minutes to dry and you’re good to go. No showering or washing off required. As it doesn’t come in a carry on friendly size I’ve transferred mine into a carry on travel container.
You can use the tanning lotion on your face as well as your body. I love that it gives me an instant glow no matter where I’ve traveled to or the season in which I’m visiting. If you want a beautiful, golden glow year round this should most certainly be in your travel beauty case.
